This is a 26 ounce El Grande Sandblasted Rustic Mug with a Great Lakes Design: The Great Lakes design is sandblasted (cut) into the ceramic which means it is not only permanent but both dishwasher and microwave safe. No need to worry about the handle getting hot! They are personally tested prior to purchase to ensure that each handle is cool when it comes out of the microwave. No two mugs are identical in this line so each mug is unique to itself. Don't limit yourself to thinking these are just for coffee! We use them for tea, hot chocolate, soup, chili, stews and the list goes on!
