30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. While we take great care to package items securely to withstand normal shipping conditions, once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for how the shipping carrier handles the package.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right. For shipping-related damage, we may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. To do so, the carrier requires clear photographic documentation.

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box as it was received

  • Photos of any visible damage to the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

Failure to provide the required photos may delay or prevent the processing of a shipping damage claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, tea/drink mixes, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale/Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
