Pam’s Pantry Dip Mixes:

Sweet Pepper Garlic: A blend of vine ripened sweet red peppers with a hint of garlic. Great on crackers, chips and tortillas. This versatile dip can be made 2 fantastic ways. Option 1 combines the mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and 8 oz of sour cream. Option 2 combines the mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and a can of petitie diced tomatoes (or use fresh if you have em, 15 oz).

Outrageous Olive: A cool creamy blend of cheese, spices and delicious Green Olives. If you like green olives, this one will get rave reviews. Great with crackers or as a spread on burgers and sandwiches. Mix with cream cheese, mayo and sliced green olives. Makes 3 cups.

Tomato & Horseradish: A delicate blend of sun kissed tomatoes and zesty horseradish. Great on chips, veggies, potatos or sandwiches. This versatile mix makes a fun alternative to a traditional cocktail sauce, try it on raw or cooked shrimp for a fun tasty treat. Pack mixes with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream. Makes 2 cups.

Sweet Vidalia Cheddar: A mixture of sweet vidalia onions and creamy white cheddar cheese. This mix is great on crackers, chips, pretzels, taters, sandwiches, burgers or pasta. Pack mixes with 8 oz cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream.

Veggie Delite: This wonderful creation utilizes the “delite-ful” flavor of Beau Monde to enhance all your favorite raw veggies. Works wonders with any veggie you care to dip, be sure to make extra, doesn’t last long on the veggie trays. Mixes with 1-1/2 cup sour cream and 1-1/2 cup mayo. Makes 3 cups.

Colin’s Garlic Clove: Ya gotta love garlic to love this one. We’ve captured the fresh taste of a true clove of garlic. Great on bagels, chips, crackers, veggies, burgers or as a tater topper. Mixes with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayo. Makes 2 cups
